We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you decide to return a product for any reason, please ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us by emailing info@britmarthub.co.uk and provide the following information:
- Your original order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- A brief reason for the return.
We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the item back.
- Other Returns: For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in a resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in their product description.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@britmarthub.co.uk. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping costs.
