Delivery Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders over £25!
- Standard Delivery: For orders under £25, a small delivery fee of £2.99 will be applied at checkout.
Express Delivery
Need your items sooner? Choose our Next-Day Express Delivery option at checkout for just £4.99. This ensures your order arrives as quickly as possible.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
Delivery Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 pm on the same day. Most orders are delivered within 1–2 working days from the dispatch date, though some parts of the UK may take a little longer.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday, or over the weekend and on bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Methods
We use a variety of trusted courier companies to ensure your order gets to you safely, depending on the size, weight, and delivery address of your package.
Changing Your Order
If you need to change your order or delivery address, please make sure you do so before completing your payment. We cannot make changes once the order is submitted.
